I believe that offices should be rented since we are never sure where our business will go and how it will develop so buying would not be the most sensible thing to do. I got an apartment for rent in buenos aires that I use as a studio and it goes very well, but next year I will have to move sinc I was offered business elsewhere and I am grateful that I rented and did not buy!
